Step by step
- Open a card from Loyalty Cards.
- Open the Activity log tab.
- Review stamps, redemptions, enrollments, pass downloads, and pass update deliveries.
- Failed pass updates show error reasons so you know when a phone did not receive an update.
- Watch for suspicious rows (for example duplicate redemption for one customer).
