Mailchimp, Brevo and CRM sync
Automatically forward consented guests to your mailing list.
Mailchimp and Brevo can connect directly to stmpr; stmpr sends eligible contacts to the selected audience or list through the provider API. HubSpot remains a Zapier or Make recipe.
Only customers with recorded marketing consent are synchronized. Joining a loyalty program does not by itself grant email or SMS marketing consent.
Connections are scoped to one store and one loyalty card, so different cards can use different destinations and tags.

Step by step
- Open Integrations and connect Mailchimp or Brevo with the credentials listed below.
- Choose one loyalty card and its Mailchimp audience or Brevo list.
- Run the initial sync with Sync consented customers; stmpr selects only customers with marketing consent and an email address.
- Check the provider audience or list and confirm existing contacts were updated rather than duplicated; Mailchimp members are tagged with stmpr and the loyalty-card name.
- Use Zapier or Make for HubSpot, multi-app branching, or mappings beyond the direct connector.
- Test new contacts, existing contacts, consented customers, and customers without consent.
Where to find each credential
- Mailchimp API key: click your profile icon, then Account & billing → Extras → API keys → Create A Key.
- Mailchimp server prefix: the suffix after the dash at the end of the API key, for example us21; it also appears in your browser address bar as us21.admin.mailchimp.com.
- Mailchimp Audience ID: Audience → All contacts → Settings → Audience name and defaults, in the Audience ID box.
- Brevo API key: click your account name, then SMTP & API → API keys → Generate a new API key.
- Brevo list ID: Contacts → Lists; the ID is the number shown next to the list name.
