Ask for feedback at the right moment, reward a completed survey with optional stamps, and turn individual answers into clear trends.

  • Start with a 1 to 5 star rating, then add up to four text, long-text, checkbox or single-choice questions.
  • Choose Wallet, email, or both for delivery, without making email a requirement for joining the loyalty program.
  • Optionally reward one valid completion with a configurable number of stamps and follow ratings and trends in the dashboard.

Timing A generic form is shared long after the visit or left in a permanent footer. The survey can follow a configured loyalty event such as reward redemption.
Identity Email-only surveys exclude guests who did not share an address. Wallet works without email; email can be selected when valid customer data is available.
Motivation A request asks for time but gives no immediate reason to respond. The merchant may grant a clearly stated, one-time stamp reward for a valid completion.
Learning Verbal comments and form answers remain scattered. Ratings, comments and trends are gathered in the survey dashboard.

How it works

  1. 01 Build the survey, choose the linked loyalty card and set an optional stamp reward.
  2. 02 Choose the trigger and delivery channels: Wallet, email, or both when an email is available.
  3. 03 Each eligible guest receives a private, revocable survey link without exposing pass or personal data in the URL.
  4. 04 After a valid response, stmpr records the result, grants the reward once and updates the guest’s card.

Availability

The survey builder and results dashboard are available under Loyalty. Email delivery requires the guest’s recorded marketing consent.

Privacy by default

Guests can join without giving an email, and you only collect the data you actually need. Personal details are never required to issue a card or add a stamp. No per-customer or per-scan fees, and unlimited customers on paid plans.
