WooCommerce direct integration

Signed order webhooks, guest pairing, stamp rule, and refund.

WooCommerce sends signed order webhooks directly to stmpr without Zapier or Make.

stmpr verifies the HMAC signature, deduplicates with the delivery ID, matches by email then phone, and applies the selected spending rule.

Use dedicated read-only REST credentials for the connection test and a separate webhook secret.

Step by step

  1. Connect WooCommerce on the Integrations page.
  2. Enter the HTTPS store URL and dedicated read-only REST credentials.
  3. Choose the loyalty card and spend required for one stamp.
  4. Create an order.updated webhook in WooCommerce with the generated stmpr URL and secret.
  5. Test processing, completed, refunded, duplicate, and unmatched-customer deliveries.
  6. Activate only after the delivery appears in the stmpr run log.

Automatic behavior

  • processing or completed orders add stamps
  • refunded orders remove stamps
  • invalid signatures are rejected
  • repeated delivery IDs cannot award twice
