Download the scanner app
Install from the App Store or Google Play.
Install the stmpr scanner from the Apple App Store or Google Play on staff devices, or open the browser scanner at /app and tap Continue in browser.
The app uses the same account and store as the dashboard. After login you only see cards, locations, and actions your role allows.
On a shared counter phone each staff member should use their own account so the log stays accurate.

Step by step
- Install from the App Store or Google Play, or open /app in a supported mobile browser.
- If using the browser, tap Continue in browser or add the scanner to your home screen.
- Launch and sign in with the invited staff account.
- Pick store, loyalty program, and location.
- Allow camera access for QR scanning and run a test scan.
- Enable automatic updates in the store for supported native app versions.
