Do my customers need to download an app to use stmpr?
No. Guests save your loyalty card to Apple or Google Wallet from a QR code or link. No separate app to download, sign up for or keep updated.
Does stmpr work with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet?
Yes. Each stmpr card is a native Apple Wallet and Google Wallet pass. It sits alongside boarding passes and bank cards on the phone, and works on supported smartwatches too.
How do I stamp a card without a POS system?
You stamp from your phone. Open the stmpr dashboard or scanner, scan the guest QR code and add a stamp. No POS, terminal or extra hardware needed.
Can I send push notifications without my own app?
Yes. Send push notifications to the saved Wallet card, for example a reward reminder or a win-back offer, without building or running your own app.
How is stmpr different from a paper punch card?
Paper cards get lost and give you no data. With stmpr the card stays on the guest phone, you can send reminders, and you track sign-ups, stamps and redemptions as they happen.
How is stmpr different from a traditional loyalty app?
Traditional loyalty apps ask guests to download and register, and most never do. stmpr uses the Apple and Google Wallet already on their phone, so guests join in seconds.

What is a digital customer loyalty card?
A digital customer loyalty card lives in the guest’s phone instead of on paper or plastic, inside Apple or Google Wallet. It does not get lost, can send reminders, and helps you measure repeat visits. With stmpr, you can launch one with your own branding and without a guest app.
Can I customize the card design, stamps and reward?
Yes. Set your logo, colors, stamp count, icons and reward text in a few clicks. The card matches your brand without needing a designer.
What do I get as the owner?
You get an online dashboard where you can create loyalty cards, customize the design, manage guests, view statistics, send notifications and create QR flyers. Your team gets a simple scanner to stamp and redeem rewards.
How quickly can I get started?
Once we launch, most businesses can create their first card in a few minutes. Upload your logo, choose your colors, set a reward, such as “collect 8 stamps and get a gift,” then share the QR code with your guests.
Can I use stmpr at more than one location?
Yes. Manage multiple stores or salons from one account, each with its own card settings when you need them.
Can I use it as a beautician, nail artist or solo business?
Yes. stmpr is built for small businesses and solo entrepreneurs too. It works well for nail salons, lash artists, hairdressers, beauticians, trainers, cafés, restaurants, shops and many other businesses built on returning guests.
Can I send offers to guests?
Yes. You can send Wallet notifications with reward reminders, win-back offers, quiet-day promotions, birthday surprises and other simple campaigns.
Are my guests’ data safe?
stmpr is built with a GDPR-friendly approach. Data is handled securely, and your guest relationships stay in your hands.
How much does stmpr cost?
There is a free plan (15 total guests, no push) plus paid Starter, Business and Pro plans with unlimited guests on monthly or annual billing. See the dedicated Pricing page for the full comparison; annual billing saves about two months. Early waitlist sign-ups get launch discounts.
What happens after I join the waitlist?
We save your spot and email you when access opens. Invited businesses get a short setup guide, and early sign-ups receive launch discounts.
