Provider plans and partner access differ, so the mode shown on each dashboard card is the source of truth.

Step by step

Choose the provider on Integrations.
Check whether its current mode is direct or a recipe.
Enable the required provider API or partner access.
Map a stable customer identifier and final paid/completed state.
Use the provider event ID for deduplication.
Test duplicates, refunds, cancellations, consent, and missing customers.
