Do guests need a separate app for the Wallet card?
No. The card lands in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which is already on the phone. The guest scans a QR code and is done in seconds.
What happens when a guest changes phone?
The card is tied to their store account, so it comes back on the new device. If it is lost, one new scan restores it without losing the stamp count.
Does the card update when I change the reward?
Yes. Cards already saved update in the background, so you never have to re-enroll a guest.
