Google Wallet enrollment
Save the card on Android.
On Android, customers save the pass to Google Wallet. The flow is similar to Apple Wallet but requires a Google account.
The page shows Save to Google Wallet to store the pass.
Stamping and updates work the same as on iPhone.
Why use this?
Google Wallet is widely available on Android without a separate app.
Customers manage the pass in the Google ecosystem they already use.
Pass updates arrive when the phone is online.
Step by step
- The customer opens the enrollment link on Android. Chrome is recommended.
- They tap Save to Google Wallet.
- They confirm with their Google account.
- The pass appears in Google Wallet.
- At the counter they open the pass and show the QR to scan.
