How do we prevent abuse in a bar?
Stamps are always given by a staff member from their own account, and the guest only shows their card. The activity log shows who stamped, when, and at which location.
What reward works in a bar?
A drink, a tasting or a snack. For an alcoholic reward, follow local rules and state that it is only available to guests over 18.
When should I message guests?
Early evening works best, not late at night. The days before the weekend bring the highest return rate.
