Automatic card update in Apple Wallet
Stamps and redemptions appear on the saved card.
Saved Apple Wallet passes follow loyalty state. New stamps, undo, or redemption trigger stmpr updates to the customer iPhone.
The pass must stay in Wallet with automatic updates enabled. Short network delay is normal.
Dashboard and scanner change the same central stamp count, so both appear on the pass.
Step by step
- Add a stamp from scanner or Customers on the dashboard.
- Confirm success in the activity log.
- Ask the customer to open Wallet; count should update quickly.
