Sign in on a staff device
Log in on a shared or private phone.
Staff must sign in with their own stmpr account in the scanner app. On a shared counter phone, sign out at end of shift.
After login they pick a store if they belong to more than one.
Role controls what they can do: stamp, redeem, or limited view only.
Why use this?
Signed-in staff appear in the activity log so work is traceable.
Invited accounts are safer than sharing the owner password.
Biometric unlock (Face ID, fingerprint) speeds daily use.
Step by step
- Open the scanner app at /app to install or launch on iPhone and Android.
- Enter staff email and password, or use an invited account.
- Select the store if you have access to several.
- Optionally enable Face ID or fingerprint for quick return.
- On the home screen choose stamp or redeem.
