A direct account test confirms credentials only; a workflow is not active until its trigger, customer matching, consent, and destination are configured.

Step by step
- Open Integrations and choose the provider.
- Check whether the card says Direct connection or Via automation.
- For ActiveCampaign, MailerLite, Intercom, or Reservio, enter the least-privileged API credential and run the connection test.
- For Google Business Profile, Booked4Us, Omnisend, WhatsApp Business, or myPOS, complete the listed provider or partner approval first.
- Choose the loyalty card and define the final event that is allowed to trigger the workflow.
- Test duplicates, revoked credentials, missing customers, consent withdrawal, cancellations, refunds, and no-shows before activation.
Provider-specific purpose
- Google Business Profile: location and review monitoring; reviewer email is not available for automatic stamp matching
- Booked4Us and Reservio: reward completed appointments, exclude cancellations and no-shows
- ActiveCampaign, MailerLite, and Omnisend: consented contacts, loyalty fields, and event-driven journeys
- WhatsApp Business: approved templates only, with Meta business and phone-number setup
- Intercom: loyalty context for support contacts and conversations
- Odoo: CRM, POS, and contacts through the API available for the installed edition
- myPOS: verified merchant payment events after partner access
