Plans and limits
What your plan includes.
Your plan sets limits on cards, locations, push sends, exports, and team size. Free tier is for trying; paid tiers scale with growth.
See current usage under Billing.

Why use this?
Know when to upgrade before you hit walls (push quota, exports).
Free works for trials; growth often needs more headroom.
Limits are transparent on the pricing page.
Step by step
- Open Billing.
- Note plan name and usage meters.
- Compare plans on the pricing page.
- Upgrade before you hit a hard limit.
Plans at a glance
- Free: limited customers, no push, good for testing.
- Start: for one person businesses, up to 100 guests, with your own branding and one push message a month.
- Bronze / Silver / Gold: higher limits, segments, and XLSX export. Extra locations start on Silver, because Bronze has the same single location as Free and Start.
- Compare cards, locations, team seats, push per month, and customers per plan.
What happens when you drop back to the free plan?
- Nothing is deleted. Your loyalty cards, your guests, their stamps, your locations and the history all stay.
- What the free plan does not include is switched off, not removed: webhooks, integrations and enabled automations stop, active surveys are archived, and the location message stops showing on the pass.
- API keys are revoked. This is the one thing that cannot be switched back on: after upgrading you create a new key.
- Limits only block new things. If you have eight loyalty cards and the free plan allows one, all eight keep working. You just cannot create a ninth until you move back to a paid plan.
- Your guests keep their card on their phone, with their stamps. Nobody has to sign up again.
- Move back to a paid plan and every switched off setting is where you left it, one click from being on again.
