How does a loyalty card fit alongside a class pass?
The pass is about payment, the loyalty card is about attendance. Give a stamp for every class and reward consistency rather than purchases.
How many classes before a reward?
Ten classes is a good starting point, roughly a month of regular attendance. The reward can be a free class or a discount on a workshop.
How do I bring back people who drift away?
After two weeks without a visit, send a short, encouraging message with a specific class suggestion. A generic offer works far less well here.
Do my customers need to download an app to use stmpr?
No. Guests save your loyalty card to Apple or Google Wallet from a QR code or link. No separate app to download, sign up for or keep updated.
Can I send push notifications without my own app?
Yes, from the Start plan (Free has no push). Send push notifications to the saved Wallet card without building your own app. Start includes one campaign a month, and Bronze adds an automated reward reminder.
