Does a loyalty card work in a restaurant where guests return less often?
Yes, on a different rhythm. For weekly or monthly visits, 5-6 stamps and a more valuable reward fit the habit. You can also tie a stamp to a bill value, for example any table above a set amount.
How do we stamp when the server closes the bill at the table?
Scan the guest QR code from a phone when you hand over the bill. Several staff members can use the scanner with their own account, so the activity log shows exactly who gave the stamp.
How do we fill the quiet days?
Double stamps on Monday or Tuesday, or an extra stamp at lunch. Announce it with a push notification a day earlier, not the same morning.
Do my customers need to download an app to use stmpr?
No. Guests save your loyalty card to Apple or Google Wallet from a QR code or link. No separate app to download, sign up for or keep updated.
Can I send push notifications without my own app?
Yes, from the Start plan (Free has no push). Send push notifications to the saved Wallet card without building your own app. Start includes one campaign a month, and Bronze adds an automated reward reminder.
