How long does it take to fill a card?
With monthly or bi-monthly visits, between six months and a year. That is why it is worth rewarding something small at the halfway point, so the goal does not feel distant.
How do I bring back a guest who stopped coming?

Yes, from the Start plan (Free has no push). Send push notifications to the saved Wallet card without building your own app. Start includes one campaign a month, and Bronze adds an automated reward reminder.
