How many treatments before a reward?
With a 4-6 week rhythm, 5 visits is realistic. The reward can be an add-on treatment or a product the guest already knows.
Can I collect guest data?
Only what you genuinely need, and always with consent. The card can ask for a first name and a birthday for personal offers, for example.
How do I introduce a new service?
With a campaign that gives a discount on a different treatment once the card is full. The reward then also introduces a new service.
Do my customers need to download an app to use stmpr?
No. Guests save your loyalty card to Apple or Google Wallet from a QR code or link. No separate app to download, sign up for or keep updated.
Can I send push notifications without my own app?
Yes, from the Start plan (Free has no push). Send push notifications to the saved Wallet card without building your own app. Start includes one campaign a month, and Bronze adds an automated reward reminder.
